Easy Party Starters I Veg Starters without frying I roshniscuisine

So today I show you 4 easy party starters…that to without frying. Party means always it comes to mind fried, some time taken recipes. But these are so easy n quick to prepare that to veg party starters loved by all . So lets get started…

Achari Paneer Nugget , Masala Pav, Cheesy Garlic Bread, Schewzan Potato Wedges

Ingredients Required

6 to 8 thick Paneer slices

(cut into rectangle shape)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp kasuri methi

1 tbsp achar masala(Pickle gravy)

1 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup maida

water to make batter

Black Salt totaste

oil to shallow fry

Procedure

Add black salt,turmeric powder, pickle masala to paneer for marination.
Rub Kasuri methi and add to paneer, mix all well and keep for marination for 15 to 20 min.
Mix all carefully otherwise there is chance of paneer breakage as it is soft.
Now add salt and little water to maida and make a thick batter.
Now take a marinated paneer, drop into maida batter so that it properly coat from all sides and place on the bread crumb.
In this way repeat for rest paneer slices.
Now coat the paneer slices with bread crumb from all sides and keep on a plate.
Set all the paneer nuggets in fridge for some time so that the bread crumb is well sticked to paneer.
Next heat the tava and spread oil all over this.
Place the paneer nuggets one by one and shallow fry them.
When it turns crispy and golden colour from one side turn them and let them cook from other side.
Serve hot and enjoy your day….

Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients

Bread Slices

1 cup  quick melt cheese or

mozzarella cheese

3 tbsp butter

1 tbsp chopped garlic

2 tsp red chili flakes

2 tsp parsley

Procedure
Take the hot dog, cut into thick slices slantwise.
Now add chopped garlic and parsley to the soft butter.
Now spread a spoon full of butter mixture on the bread slices.
Heat the tava and place the bread keeping the spread part down.
Now place the grated cheese and sprinkle red chili flakes, parsley on it.
Cover it and let it cook in low flame till the cheese melts.
No need to cook for more time, otherwise the garlic will burn.
In this way we get a golden crust as garlic is little roasted.
Serve hot…as a party starter

Masala Pav

Ingredients Required

 

2 vada pav
2 medium onion finely chopped

3 medium tomatoes finely chopped

3 green chili finely chopped

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp butter

1 tsp oil

2 tsp pav bhaji masala
½ tsp red chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Salt to taste

 

For Garnishing

 

1 small onion finely chopped

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

 

Procedure

 

Heat oil and 1 tbsp butter.

Add chopped onion, green chili with ginger-garlic paste.

Add a pinch of salt so that onion is cooked faster.

When onion turns to transluscent colour,add chopped tomatoes to this and mix well.

Saute this in between so that tomatoes turn into mushy texture and have a paste like cosistency.
Add all spices to this n mix it well.

Now add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix well.
Turn off the flame.

Now take the pav,and cut into two parts horizonatally
Take a spoon full of mixture, spread on top of  pav bread.

Place it on hot tava.
Spread butter on tava, it starts melting on hot tava and stick to masala of pav.

Coat some more butter on the other part of pav.

Cook this for 1 to 2 min ,not more than that.

In this way the pav remains soft but still it is little toasted.

Remove on to a plate, place some more masala on upper part of pav.
Garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves.

Serve hot with garma garam chai…

Schewzan Potato Wedges

Ingredients Required

14 to 16 potato wedges
(Parboiled in salt water)
¼ cup schewzan sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Black Salt to taste

Procedure

Parboil potato wedges with salt water for some time.
Strain the water…n heat tava.
Now heat oil and place each potato wedge on tava for shallow frying.
Shallow fry these wedges till it gets turn into golden colour.
Then transfer to a fry pan,add schewzan sauce n mix it well.
Sprinkle little water so that the sauce is well coated on potato wedges.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves…mix it well.
Serve hot….
