Yah friends first non veg dish I did recording…all are asking me for non veg recipe.But frndz We have non veg dish only once in a week…that to my hubby prepares most of the times.This dish was sent by my friend Pushpa…its so delicious,my husband insist me to ask the recipe.And when I got to know its so simple n easy so thought why not start this recipe . And last time my husband only prepared this,this time I did the recording as he has some work. So this yummy recipe is dedicated to my friend Pushpa…thanks dear for this easy n tasty recipe.So lets get started…
The main flavour of lemon juice,curry leaves n black pepper powder…just awesome.
Preparation Time 10 min
Marination Time 30 min
Cooking Time 5 to 7 min
Serving Persons 2 to 3
3 thick slices of fish pieces
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
3 to 4 stings of curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped ocriander leaves
3 tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
Now marinate the fish pieces with all the ingredients above by taking half of curry leaves n 1 tbsp of mustard oil.
Mix these well n marinate for 30 min.
Heat the rest mustard oil and add curry leaves to this, in this way it has more flavour of curry leaves as per my friend recipe.
Now place the marinated fish pieces n shallow fry from one side.
It takes 2 to 3 min maximum.
Turn these from other side n let it cook.
Don’t cook it so much as fish doesnot take more time to cook.
Its done…serve hot with steamed rice n dal.
Here I used telengi fish,but my frind used Tuna fish.
As tuna is available but its frozen one,so we prefer this one…same type only.
Here I did the variation of using mustard oil n coriander leaves…as I feel mustard oil n fish just heavenly combo.
