Procedure
Add all the fruits in a bowl and mix it.
Now take the piping bag and fold it and keep inside a glass.
Fill the whipping cream in the piping bag.
Now take the serving glass and pour the whipping cream in the glass and fill it upto 1/4th.
Sprinkle some dry fruits on it.
Now add the coarse biscuits on this…in this way repeat the process with whipping cream and biscuit layers.
On top most part fill with mixed fruits and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
Serve it chilled.
Notes
You can take strawberry, grapes, pear, rambutan, watermelon any fruit of your choice.
I have cut the apple with skin to give a colour and used apple n mango more as kids liked these fruits more.
I have used almond n pistachio as dry fruits, you can add any other dry fruits too to give a crunchy bite.
I have not added any extra sugar as the whipping cream is little sweet and we are adding biscuits too and with that the fruits also have sugar content…so it is perfect balance.
I have used the piping bag to set whipping cream in the glasses but if you don’t have you can pour the whipping cream with the help of spoon…by using the piping bag it is properly set in the glass.
While doing for party I have added the dry fruits in whip cream so it can’t be squeeze out properly from the piping bag…so this time I added this separately.
Always set the whipping cream in fridge…otherwise it starts melting after some time.
If you feel it is melting then again set in fridge.
When you keep the whipping cream in piping bag, keep the bag in a glass so that it is easily poured into the bag.
You can take any biscuits or leftover biscuits too which is sweeter version.
