Fruity Heart…on valentine day

Preparation Time 20 min

For Dough

1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Water to make dough

For Stuffing

1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup boiled potato
1 tbsp boiled green peas
2/3 cup chopped apple
2 tsp chopped dryfruits
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

2 tbsp rawa to coat on pinwheel heart

Aluminium Foil

Oil to grease on aluminium foil n brush on pinwheel heart

For Garnishing

Pomegranate seeds
Coriander stem





For Dough

Add wheat flour,carom seeds,oil n salt .

Mix well so that each particle of flour incorporates with oil.

Now add water n make lil stiff dough n rest fough for 20 min.

For Stuffing

Mash green peas with belan which we used to make roti.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds.

When it start crackle afd chopped capsicum n saute  it for sometime so that its raw smell gone.

Now add mashed n boiled potato and green peas.

Now add all spices n mix well.

Add chopped apple n dry fruits n mix it.

Make dumplings out of dough n roll it little thick.

Spread the mixture on it n roll it ad shown in picture n sesl it.

Now cut into thick slices n press it with palm to flatten it.

Now it is in the form of pinwheel shape.

In a plate spread rawa n place the pinwheels n then flip it.

Coat rawa from other sides also…to make it little crunchy.

Now make this heart shape.

For arrow we can make from simple wheat flour.

Take small dumpling n cut into stripes for making arrow.

Preheat oven at 250’c for 10 min in  toast mode.

Now fix aluminium foil on baking tray.

Brush oil on it n place the fruity pinwheel heart on it.

Coat oil on this n bake for 12 min at 180 to 200’c.

Make a heart shape using pomegranate seeds n garnish with coriander stem.
