Fruity Sabudana

In Odissa during fasting time mainly Savitri Amabasya this dish prepared as married women should eat fruits n dish prepared without cooking…made little variation to gv extra taste to this

Ingredients

1 cup soaked sabudana
2/3 cup curd
1/4 cup crumbled paneer
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 tsp soaked moongdaal
2 tsp sugar or to ur taste
Pinch of salt

1 banana chopped into big cubes
1/2 cup of chopped fruits for decoration…
Geated coconut n apple slices for garnishing
Any fruit u can take…I took apple,orange n green-black grapes

Procedure

Soak sabudana in sufficient water for 30 min.

Drain excess water n cover it.

If its too dry after some time sprinkle little water n soak over night.

Soak moong dal for 15 min.

Now add coconut, paneer, moong dal , banana,curd ,sugar n salt to sabudana.

Decorate with fruits…serve chilled.
