
Gobi-Alu Curry
This dish will be preapred in less time…well goes with chapati n puri…
Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower or phoolgobi
1 medium potato
1 medium tomato
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 red chili whole
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
salt to taste
Procedure
Cut potato into big pieces with cover n soak in water for 1 min to remove extra stratch.
Cut cauliflower into big size n soak in water for 5 min add with little turmeric.
Heat oil,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds n red chili whole broken into pieces.
When mustard seeds start crackle add chopped tomato n ginger-garlic paste.Saute for 2 min till tomatoes completly mashed.
Meanwhile add all psices to water n make a boil.
Now add cauliflower n potato to the tomato mixture n fry for 2 min in high flame.
Add the boiled water mixture to the veggie.Pressur cook for 1 siti.
Remove siti n boil for 5 min more.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
