Haldiram Masala Chanadaal(Home-made)
1 cup chana daal
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp amchoor powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp black salt
Salt to taste
OIL to deep fry
Soak chana daal over night.
Then drain excess water n dry on a thick cloth for 30 min.
Heat oul to high flame n put soaked chanadaal n deep fry in high flame continuously stir…
After 1 min chanadaal start floating…now remove this on a tissue paper so that excess oil will be absorbed.
Now mix all spices with salt n add this to chanadaal.
Store in a air tight container…hv this with hot tea
