
Healthy bhi Smoothie bhi
Ingredients
Serving for one person
For Smoothies
1 cup curd
1 tbsp mixed fruit jam
Sugar to taste
10-15 pomegranate seeds
12-14 big cubes of water melon
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp lemon juice
Sugar to taste
Pinch of salt
Mint leaf, black pepper powder n black salt for garnishing
For Burger
1 burger bun
2 tbsp tandoori mayonese
One cheeze sluce
1/4 cup of cabbage n beet root cut into thin stripes
Onion,tomato, cucumber n capsucum of green,red n yellow colour each one thin slice
1/2 cup crumbled paneer
2 tsp of chopped onion,three colour caosicum
1 tsp of grated carrot
1/2 tsp of chopped green chili
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp ref chili flakes
2 tbsp of bread crumb
1 tbsp of grated cheeze
2 tbsp of crushed cornflakes
6-8 bingo chips
Salt to taste
Tomato Ketchup
Three colour capsicum pieces n toothpick for garnishing
Procedure
Add jam n sugar with curd.Mix well.
Now put some pomegranate seeds on it n pour into the glass. Again put some more seeds. Set in freeze for 15 min.
Now blend watermelon cubes, sugar,ginger,black pepper, lemon juice n salt. Set in freeze for 30 min.
Now after that remove watermelon juice n piur on curd mix slowly by putting spoon from upper side…so that this juice not mix with curd mix.
Sprinkle some black salt n black pepper powder.
Garnish with min leaf n serve chilled.
Now for burger part…cut burger bun into half horizontally n apply mayonese on the white part as shown in pic.
Then on the lower bun put stripes of cabbage n beetroot.
Mix paneer withall veggies n spices n make a round cutlet shape.Coat cornflakes around it.
Put this paneer burger on cabbage n beetroot veggie.
Now put cheeze slice on it.
On this put three colour capsicum, then onion, tomato n cucumber.
On this put bingo chips( ny chips u can use) for extra crunch…
Now put upper bun on it.
Pierce three colour capsicum pieces on a toothpick n insert into the bun…for garnishing.
Have the healthy burger with ketchup n smoothie….
