Whenever you want something healthy and quick…this recipe just perfect choice for you…as it has all veggies and less spices. So lets get started

Ingredients
1 green chili chopped(seeds removed)
½ tsp chopped ginger
½ tsp chopped garlic
1 small onion chopped
¼ cup tiny cauliflowder florets
¼ cup tiny broccoli florets
1 inch carrot chopped
3 french beans chopped
12-15 green peas
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp white pepper powder
½ tbsp butter
4 cups of veg stock
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste
Procedure
Heat butter…when it starts melting add chopped ginger,garlic and green chili.
Saute this for 30 seconds and add chopped onion with a pinch of salt.
So that onion gets cooked faster.
Now add all the veggies except spring onion and stir it for some time.
Next goes the veg stock with black pepper,whote pepper and salt with spring onion.
Let it boil for some time.
Make a slurry of cornflour and veg stock,add this to boiling soup.
Initially the soup is watery, but when we add the cornflour slurry and boil it for 2 min,it gets thickening.
Serve hot piping soup and enjoy…
Notes
You can use some other veggie also like cabbage,mushroom,sweet corn,coriander leaves.
You can use normal water instead of veg stock…but veg stock is more healthy.
By sautéing the veggies in butter it enhance the flavour…you can add oil also.
I remove the seeds of chili to reduce the spice level but still it has flavour.
