This one perfect recipe for summers when you want something light,healthy…and cooling.
And in summer sometimes we don’t feel to cook anything and want some recipe which can be prepared in jiffy…so here you are.Now lets get started this no cooking recipe
Preparation Time 10 min
Serving Persons 4
2 cups hungcurd
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup cucumber cubes
1/4 cup orange slices cut into halves
1/4 cup kiwi cubes
1/4 cup apple cubes
1/4 cup dragon fruit cubes
2 to 3 olives sliced
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
2 tsp chopped dryfruits
Pomegranate seeds n sliced olives for garnishing
Add powderes sugar,honey,lemon juice to hung curd and mix it well.
Now add all the fruits with dryfruits and mix it properly.
Finally sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and black olives.
You can add any fruits like strawberry,grapes…
Before serving keep for sometime in the fridge…serve chilled
