Hung curd now you can easily make this in home…and store in an air tight container for dayz.Usint his you can prepare any dip,amrakhand,sweets,kababs,desset…the variation are endless.So lets get started
Preparation Time 2 min
250 gm Curd
A muslin Cloth
Take a vessel and place the strainer on this.
Now place the muslin cloth on it and pour the curd on the cloth.
Cover the cloth and keep all as it is in the freeze for 4 to 5 hours.
After 5 hours you can see all water strained from curd and only the thick part is remained.
That one is called hung curd.
Store this an air tight container.
Try to use muslincloth so that the water form curd strained out properly.
Atleast keep the curd in freeze for 4 to 5 hours,more is better.
