Procedure

In a big vessel, take all the flours and mix all rest ingredients except water and oil.
Now add around 2 cups water and mix it well so that there is no lump.
After it is done, add the rest amount of water,to make it running consistency.
Rest the batter for 10 minutes so that all the flavours well absorbed.
Now heat the tawa, and coat oil all over the tawa with the help of a brush.
In high flame pour the batter on tava.
Spread it by turning the tawa so that the batter is evenly spreaded.
Let it cook till it leaves all the sides and turns into light golden colour.
Carefully insert the spatula and remove the dosa from tava.
Serve hot with your favourie curry.

Notes

The cumin seeds and carom seeds used for digestion purpose.
If you want the dosa more spicy, then just rub the chili and add to the batter.
As my son also loves this dosa,so just for flavour I am adding, otherwise it is more spicy.
The batter should be in running consistency, like neer dosa.
If you feel the batter is getting thicken, add more water to adjust the consistency.
I have added more rice flour so that it is little crispy and come out from the tawa easily.
