karela bhaji
Hi Friends this one u love this with rice n ghee.
Ingredients
1 medium karla
1/2 tsp oil
1/8 tsp mustard seeds
1/8 tsp udad dal
1 green chili chopped
1 small onion chopped
1/8 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
Procedure
Peel karela and remove the seeds, chop it.
Now soak in salty water for 10 min to reduce the bitterness of karela.
Then heat oil, add mustard seeds n udad dal.
When mustard seeds start crackle add chopped green chili.
Add chopped onion n salt to quikly transluscent the onion.
Now add chopped karela,salt,turmeric powder n red chili powder.
Stir for 2-3 min n cover the lid.
Again stir for 2-3 min,have this with rice n ghee.
