My daughter like this chips due to little bitterness so may be your kid also
3 karelas or bitter gourds
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp seasme seds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp redchilly powder
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves(optional)
salt water in a bowl
oil for deep frying
Peel the karelas,cut into fine slices and remove the seeds.
Now put all the slices in salt water,by this bitterness of karela gone.
Then add all dry ingredients and mix it properly.
Heat oil,fry the karela slices in a medium flame.
Fry it till golden brown.
Now ur karela chips ready to serve,children also love this.
