So easy to prepare n its super yummy…
When I prepared this first time its a hit in my house…
Preparation time 10 min
Serving Persons 2
1 cup hung curd
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp lukewarm milk
12-15 saffron stands or kesar
1 tbsp chopped dry fruits
Pistas n Saffron(kesar) for garnishing
Whisk hungcurd so that it becomes smooth.
Add powdered sugar n mix well.
Add saffron(kesar) to milk n keep for 5 min so that milk becomes little yellow in colour.
Add this saffron(kesar) milk n dry fruits to the hungcurd mix.
Now take two shot glasses n place kesar(saffron) on the wall of glasses.
Pour shrikhand to this n garnish with pista n kesar(saffron).
Set in freeze for 1 hour…n serve chilled in this hot weather…
