Thinking what to do with leftover khichdi…coz nobody wants thandi khichdi…so I made the cutlet out of this…
Sarthika does not like khichdi at all…but when I gv her these cutlet she wanna to hv more…
When I revealed the secret ingredient both daughter n papa happily surprised…

Serving Persons. 2
Ingredients
1 cup khichdi
1/4 cup rawa for coating
1 med potato boiled
1 med onion chopped
1 green chili chopped
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric power
1/2 tsp garam Masala
1/4 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Oil to shallow fry cutlet
Tomato Ketchup
Procedure
Add all ingredients to khichdi n mix well.
Now make small dumplings n flatten it.
Coat rawa on each cutlet.
Heat a tawa n spread oil all over.
Now place each cutlet n shsllofry in med flame till holden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup…
