
Kothimbir Vadi
Ingredients
1 cup besan
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 cup curd
3/4 cup water
2 green chili chopped
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp carrom seeds
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing n deep fry
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
Take besan , rice flour, curd n water with salt.
Whisk well so that no lumps there.
Now heat oil , add mustard seeds m carrom seeds.
When mustard seeds statt crackle add chopped green chili n onion , saute for 1 min.
Now add the besan mixture n stir continuously till it becomes thick for about 5 min.
Now add turmeric powder n stir for 1 min.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves nvmix well .
Grease the plate with oil n pour the mixture on it.
Make it dry for 15 min n cut into cubes.
Heat oil n fry these vadis till golden color in med flame.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
