This one well goes with roti n jeera rice…
2 cups of gobi
1 medium potato cut into length wise
1 medium onion cut into cubes
2 medium tomatoes cut into cubes
1 inch ginger
2 big garlic cloves
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Heat little oil,fry all onion,tomato,green chili n ginger-garlic in high flame for 2min.
Make it cool down n make a smooth paste.
Heat rest oil,add this masala,saute till oil seprates from masala.
Add water n all spices,boil it.
Nos add all n gobi,mix well.
Cover the lid for 7min,in between saute this.
Finally add salt,mix well.
