1 medium onion chopped

2 medim tomatoes chopped

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

3 green chili chopped

1 medium size gobi cut into cubes

1 big potato cut into cubes

1 tbsp chopped spring onion

1 tsp oil

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1 red chili whole

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves for garnishing


Heat oil,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds n red chili.

When mustard seeds start crackle add chopped onion,ginger-garlic paste n green chili with pinch of salt.

When onion turns golden,add chopped tomatoes,saute for 3-4 min.

When tomatoes mixed well,add all the spices.

Now add gobi n aloo cubes to this,mix properly.

Cover the lid for 10 min,in between stir it.

Now add chopped green onion,saute for 1min.

Turn off flame,add chopped coriander leaves,mix well.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves n spring onion.
