This recipe is a rescue recipe for me when suddenly some guest coming or we came home late n nothing there to prepare…n its super yummy

Ingredients
1 medium size cauliflower broken into florets
1 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp seasame seeds
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
A pinch of red food colour
Salt to taste
1 tbsp water
Oil to deep fry
Procedure
Mix all Ingredients to the cauliflower florets except oil.
Heat oil n put tgese florets into oil one by one…make sure that it should not be collide with each other…
Deep fry these florets in medium flame till golden brown n crisp…
Note:
If u r putting in a batch just after some time try to separate the florets in hot oil
carefully so that it is more crispier
