She told mummy if you make bhindi in this way I would love to have this…

Now straight come to recipe part…
Preparation Time: 20 min
Frying Time :10 min(batch wise)
Serving Persons : 4
250 gm bhindi
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp of besan
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 to 2 tbsp water
Pinch of red food colour
Salt to taste
Cut the bhindi from both ends.
Now cut into thin slices.
Add all the masala spices and rice flour, besan with salt.
Now add 1 tbsp water and mix well.
If you feel the mixture is little dry then add little more water.
Heat oil…when it is properly hot put the bhindi slices into it…try to separate the slices and put individually so that it will be more crisp.
While putting bhindi slices keep the flame high and after some time keep the flame medium, otherwise bhindi will burn.
Now stir in between so that it evenly fried.
Fry this till it becomes golden brown color.
Remove to a paper towel so that extra oil absorbed.
Keep for sometime then it becomes crispy and crunchy…
Serve with rice,dal,sabji…
Notes:Cut into thin slices to make it more crispy in less time.
While making any bhindi dish, always wash the bhindi and dry it on a cloth so that it will not have any moisture and while slicing it…its not more sticky.
