Summer season is started…so in this hot season cool cool lassi just a perfect combo.And it is prepared also in less time and healthy too.You know friends LAssi is prepared by my Hubby dear.So this one I have asked him and do the video recording.So this recipe is dedicated to my sweet husband…Lets get strted

Serving Persons 4 to 6
Ingredients
2 cups thick curd and whisk properly
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tbsp dryfruits sliced
2 tsp rose syrup
4 tbsp powdered biscuits
12 to 15 ice cubes
Procedure
Grind the ice cubes.
Now add the curd,sugar and ice cubes,grind it properly.
Pour into glasses(I have used kulhad here).
Now garnish with grated coconut,then top with powdered biscuits.
Now top with dry fruits,then rose syrup.(Tip taken from my friend Raaji,Thanks dear).
Finally place cherry on it…serve chilled.
Notes
After whisking the curd,keep for sometime in fridge.
Grind the ice cubes little so that it is easily churned with curd.
You can use powdered sugar also.
We are using powdered biscuits here,you can use bournvita.
