Mahankia Powder for curry
This Mahankia curry is my favourite curry its our home curry…whenever it is made i make sure that some extra rice should be there
1 cup udad dal
1/3 cup cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
10 whole red chillies
Dry roast udad dal first,when it turns folden color add cumin seeds n dry roast it.
Now add asafoetida,fennel seeds n dry red chili broken into pieces.(Dry roast all)
Then make it cool down,grind to rough powder.
Store in an air tight container n use when u make the curry.
