This one can be taken by chapati or rice
10 shallots or small onions
1 big tomato chopped
5-7 curry leaves
2 green chili slited or chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup boiled tuar dal
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 whole red chili
water to make gravy
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Heat oil,add mustard seeds.
When it start crackle add cumin seeds n whole red chili.
Now add shallots,ginger-garlic paste,curry leaves n green chili with pinch of salt.
When shallots turn little brown add chopped tomatoes,saute till tomatoes mixed well.
Now add boiled dal with all spices and water.Boil it for 3 min.
