This one i prepared in my kitty…as starter


For stuffing

10-12 big green chili

2 medium boiled potatoes

1 medium onion chopped

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/4 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp oil

salt to taste

For batter

2 cups besan

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp black salt

1/4 tsp carom seeds

salt to taste

water to make batter

OIL for deep frying


Peel the boiled potato n mash it.Heat oil,add cumin seeds.

When it start crackle add chopped onion with pinch of salt.Add ginger-garlic paste.

When onion turns golden add mashed potato n all spices,Mix it properly.

Make it cool down.

Mean while slit big green chili in the middle n remove all the seeds to reduce chili flavor.

Now stuff the potato mixture in the middle of each green chili as shown in picture.

Make the medium thick batter adding all batter ingredients.

Now pour the stuffed chili into the batter n half fry it in medium flame.

Now make it cool down n cut into halves n again deep fry till golden color.

The reason behind this u get  crispy around each green chili n its more tasty.And the nicest thing is it looks more beautiful….
