First of all i like to thanks all my friends n relatives for liking my blog and encouraging me to make some more yummy dishes…
This paratha when u want to less the amount of potato u can prepare this one
2 medium boiled potaoes
1 small boiled beetroot
1 small onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped cabbage
1/4 chup chopped beans
1/4 cup grated carrot
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
3 cup wheat flour
3/4 cup maida
1/2 tsp carrom seeds
1 tsp oil
1/2 cup milk
water to needed to make dough
chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
Dry wheat flour for making paratha
Butter to make paratha
Heat oil,add cumin seeds.
When it splatter add chopped onion n pinch of salt.
When onion become translucent add the rest chopped veggies n carrot.Stir for 3-4 min.
Now peel the potatoes n beetroot n mash it properly.Add this mixture.
Now add all spices n salt to this n mix properly.Make it cool down.
Meanwhile prepare the dough adding all ingredients.Add water little little , dough should be medium soft.Rest it for 15 min.
Milk i have added to make the paratha more crispy n maida to make more thin n easily roll.
Now make balls ,take one ball n pat this with little dry flour.
Roll it n make poori size n fill 2 spoon stuffing.Seal it proprely.
Remove the extra dough n press gently from backside.
Again roll it (1/2 inch thickness).Heat pan.
Bake it from both sides n apply butter to both sides.
Bake it till golden color,if u want apply little bit more butter finally.
Serve hot with green chutney or curd.
