This one goes well with chapati, naan n fried rice.
And one more benefit for parents if ur child is choosy u can give other veg in this receipe and ur kid cant get to know this.
1/4 cup gobi
1/4 cup carrot
1/8 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup brinjal
1/2 cup potato
1/4 cup french beans
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup tomato
All these veg cut into big cubes.
1 large onion finely chopped
2 large tomatoes finely chopped
2 green chillies chopped
3 tsp ginger-garlic paste
3/4 cup water
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 n 1/2 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
3 tsp oil
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Heat oil n add cumin seeds
When it start splutter add chopped onion n ittle salt so that onion becomes translucent qiuckly.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes.
When tomatoes completely mix with onion add all spices n little water.
Now add all veggies n water to this . Stir propely.
Cover the lid and let it cook for 10-12 min.
Now again stir and cook for 1-2 min.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve this with ur manpasand main dish.
