Mixture Masala for choti choti bhook I Indian Street Food I roshniscuisine

Mixture Masala is perfect for choti choti bhook…when we need some chatpata for evening,its just perfect.And we no need to feel guilty also as mixture is fried but we ad here lots of veggie,murmure to make it more light. Actually friends my friend Sandhya Father came to Jakarta for  2 months,so he prepared this mixture and it is tasty ,so I thought why not try this onw with this mixture…so lets get started…

It comes under no cooking the only time is chopping the veggie then it makes in just 2 minutes.

Ingredients Required

1 cup mixture
½ cup murmure
¼ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp kashmiri red chili powder
¼ tsp chaat masala
Black Salt to taste

1 small onion chopped
1 tomatoes chopped without seed
¼ cup cucumber chopped
1 tbsp chopped raw mango
1 tbsp grated carrot
¼ cup boiled potato cubes
2 green chili chopped
½ inch mango ginger chopped
½ tbsp chopped coriander leaves
¼ tsp lemon juice

Procedure

Add all veggie n murmure to mixture,mix it well.
Now add all spices to this and mix it well,its so simple to prepare.
Finally add chopped coriander rleaves n lemon juice n serve….done.

Notes

Grate the carrot to use….otherwise the chunks of carrot not taste good.
Discard the seed part of tomato and chop,otherwise it is more soggy,same way I do for cucumber too.
I use raw mango here as season of mango going on here.
I use black salt here but you can replace with normal salt.
Add lemon juice at the end otherwise it is more soggy.
