Yes friends today we prepare Mozarella Cheese that to without rennet  simple way in home…no need to buy cheese for pizza from stores anymore.This yummy recipe I learnt from my friend Sweta…so I dedicate this recipe to her. This one same as store bought…pura market style and it is healthy too.So lets get started.

Preparation Time 1 min
Cooking Time 2 min
Setting Time 20 min

Ingredients

1 litre raw milk
1 tsp vinegar
¼ cup water
15-20 ice cubes with ½ cup water

A muslin cloth
Strainer

Procedure

Warm the raw milk just lukewarm so that you can insert your finger.
Then add vinegar to the water and pour this mixture the milk.
Continuously stir it and milk starts curdling.
Strain the water part using a strainer.
Now take the chesse part and squeeze it using both hands for 4 to 5 min so that excess water is removed.
Now tie the muslin cloth and place a big vessel full of water on this for 5 min.
So that the remaining water also removed.
Now take a vessel and keep the ice cubes with water and place the cheese in this for 15 min.
So that it get hardens.
In the video I have shown how the cheese melts and looks like market one.
Just toast a bread and grate the mozzarella cheese on it.
Cover it for some time and it starts melting.
Sprinkle some parsley and red chili flakes with salt.
When you tear the bread the cheese starts pulling from both sides .
Njoy the dish…

Notes

Here the vinegar is more acidic so I add water to this to reduce the acidity.
Don’t use tetra pack milk as it is boiled already…use raw milk only.
You can use the strained liquid for kneading the flour.
You can hang the cloth or use the method I have done.
