Preparation Time:10 min
Cooking Time 5 to 7 min
Serving Persons 4
2 cups radish leaves
2 tsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp ric elfour
3 green chili chopped
1 small tomato chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
OIL to make bhaja
Chop the radish leaves.
First add the salt so that the radish leaves start leaving its juice.
Then add the rest ingredients except oil.
If you feel it is not binding properly add more rice flour.
Heat the tava and spread oil over this.
Now take a spoon full of the radish leaves mixture and place in the center.
Just form a pancake shape,in this way make the rest.
When it is done from lowder side, just pour some more oil.
And flip it,let it cook from other side also.
If you want to have it little soft, let it cook from both sides and remove it feorm tava.
Or if you want little crispy, let it cook it for some more time in low flame and flip it meanwhile 3 to 4 times.
Have this yummy mula saga bhaja…Odisha special
The smaller the radish leaves it is more tastier as it is soft in texture.
By adding rice flour,it helps in binding.
