This looks so colouful all attracts to it…and I prepare this in healthy way n added cheese too to make it more flavourful. I prepare this for a tea party and my friends like it somuch…so lets get started.
And this is my first recipe video in my new food channel roshnsicuisine odia…so double happy time
I have used homemade paneer here…the recipe link I provide below
Preparation Time 10 min
Cooking Time 12 to 15 min
Serving Persons 4 to 6
6 bread slices
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
1 medium carrot grated
¼ cup grated beetroot
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 green chili chopped
250 gm crumbled paneer
1 tbsp cheese cubes
½ cup grated cheese
1 cup coriander chutney
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
½ tsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Chili Sauce
3 tbsp homemade butter
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil n butter.
When butter starts melting, add chopped green chili n ginger garlic paste, sauté for few seconds.
Now add chopped onion with a pinch of salt so that onion is coked faster.
Now add chopped capsicum n cook for some time…so that it has crunchiness.
Add grated carrot n beetroot…mix it well.
It gives instant colour due to beetroot n make it healthy too.
Now add the crumbled paneer and mix this.
Add half of the oregano, parsley, red chili flakes.
Now add the cheese cubes to this n cook till it melts.
Add the sauces to this…n the masala is done.
Take the bread slice and spread butter, toast it from the butter side.
When it is little toasted, spread the green chutney on this.
Now at the center part place the paneer masala part.
On top of this put grated cheese n sprinkle the rest herbs n red chili flakes
Toast it in low flame tll it turns into golden colour n crispy.
I have used red chili flakes here…but if you are preparing for kids…avoid it.
I add the carrot n beetroot at the end as it is grated so don’t take more time.
Capsicum also I cooked for some time so that it gives some crunchy bite.
Add salt carefully as butter, sauces, cheese have salt.
I added little cheese cubes to the paneer masala to make it more flavourful n kids love it.
When bread is l then little toasted , then only spread the chutney…as it goes for further toasting otherwise it will get burnt.
When the paneer masala is done , then only put this on bread so that it remains hot while serving only.
I prepare the chutney little thick by adding homemade sev n grind it.
In this way it spread more easily on the bread slice and we get a thick layer of green chutney.
I have used homemade butter here…it is more healthy as it is without preservative.
