
Pakoda that to without frying…with Sabji
Guilt free Yummy Pakoda…
Pakoda all time favt…but it is frying so although it is tasty but consuming more n with that in this hot summer lil difficult…so Nop friends not to worry I hv a yummy solution for this
In this way u can hv more pakoda n with this gravy wala sabji so it is perfect for this hot weather

Ingredients
For Pakoda
2 cup bes an
1/2 cup grated carrot
3 green chili chopped
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
A pinch of soda
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Water to make batter
Oil to grease
Appe pan
For Sabji
2 med potatoes boiled
1 med onion chopped
2 med tomatoes chopped
1 small capsicum chopped
2 green chili chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam Masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp kashmiri chili powder
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 whole red chili
A pinch of Hong
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Water to make gravy
For garnishing
Kasuri methi
Cha at Masala
Kashmiri red chili powder
Procedure
For Pakoda
Mix all veggie n spices to Besan n mix well.
Add water n make a semi thick batter.
Heat appe pan n grease oil.
Finally add lemon juice to batter n mix it.
Now take a spoon of batter n pour in each mould of appe pan.
Cover the lid…after sm time it will be swollen due to soda n lemon juice. So it is fluffy n light.
Then flip each pakoda n put lil oilcin each mould n cover it again.
After 2 min its done…
For Sabji
Heat oil n add mustard n cumin seeds with red chili.
When mustard seeds start crackle add chopped onion with green chili with pinch of salt.
Saute for 2 min, now add ginger garlic paste with chopped veggie, mix well.
Now peel boiled potatoes n mash roughly with hand n add to this.
Add all spices n mix it.
Meanwhile boil water n add to the potato mixture, boil for 5 min.
Garnish with kashmiri red chili n kasuri method powder.
Take a plate sprinkle lil kashmiri red chili powder n chaat Masala
and on this put pakoda to get extra chatpata taste…n serve with sabji…
