It is prepared quickly with simple ingredients… so lets see what we need for this

Preparation Time 10min
Frying Time 10min
Serving Persons 4

Ingredients

1.5 cups besan
2 tsp red chili powder 
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black salt
a pinch of soda
3 green chili chopped
1 med onion chopped
salt to taste
3/4 cup water to make batter

Oil to deep fry

Procedure

First mix all the ingredients to besan except water,oil.Mix well.

Now we add the water little by little,at first wemake a thick .batter so that besan is well mixed and there is no lumps…

When besan is properly mixed we add the required amount of water to make the desired consistency…it is neither so thick nor so thin…

Meanwhile heat oil for frying…take a little dumpling with hand n put inside oil…when u put pakoda in oil make flame high…after some time make the any flame to medium

Due to addition of soda…when u put pakoda inside oil it fluffs up n very light in texture…

When it turns golden brown color remove from oil n keep on a paper towel so that excess oil will be absorbed.

Serve with any chutnwy or simply with sauce…

Notes:The amount of water may vary depending upon what type of besan u have taken…so first start adding little water

Dont add much soda…it will absrb oil
