
Palak-Gobi Sabji
Ingredients
1 med size gobi cut into florets
1 cup spinach cut into stripes
1 small potato cut into long thick stripes
2 green chili slitted
10-12 ginger juliennes
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Procedure
Heat oil, add cumin seeds n green chili n ginger,saute for 1 min.
Now add gobi n potato,add all spices. Mix well.
Saute for 4 to 6 min till veggie half done.
Now add spinach n mix it. Saute for 2 min.
Serve hot with rice n daal…
