My daughter likes panas specially the seeds fighting start between papa n daughter ha ha ha…
This recipe u can make as side dish for lunch or as evening snacks
1 cup panas(raw jackfruit)
(make sure u apply oil in palm while removing the jackfruit cloves n on emore thing remove the cover from seeds other it will taste bitter)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp bread crumb(for crunchy ness)
salt to taste
First boil the panas till it soft.
Now mix this with all other ingredients except oil, if rice flour not mixed with panas sprinkle little water so that masala will stick to panas.
Now heat oil, add one by one panas n deep fry in medium flame till golden color.
Serve hot….with rice n dal.
