Paneer-matar Spiral

Ingredeints

Puff Pastry Sheets

1 cup paneer

1/4 cup boiled green peas(matar)

1 small onion chopped

1 green chili chopped

1 tsp oil

1/8 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves

Procedure

For this you need puff pastry sheets which is easily available any grocery store.U can keep in freezer section.

Mash the paneer properly.

Heat oil,add cumin seeds.

When it start crakle add chopped green chili n chopped onion with pinch of salt.

When onion become translucent add mashed paneer with boiled green peas(matar)n all spices. Stir for 2 min.

Stuffing is ready  n make it cool down.

Meanwhile keep out the puff pastry sheets for 30 min.

Now preheat the oven for 5-7 min.

Dust the dry flour on pastry sheet and spread the paneer-matar mixture over this n roll it properly.Seal it at the end.

Now cut the slices n coat the baking tray with oil.

Keep all slices n bake it for 10 min,check in between.

When it turns golden color ,remove the baking tray n make it cool down.

Have this crunchy paneer-matar spiral as a starter…
