In home Ma made roti for all but for me Paratha always…Now it comes to Sarthika


2 cups wheat flour

2 tsp oil

salt to taste

water to make dough

oil for making paratha

dry flour


Add oil n salt to wheat flour,Mix well.

Now add water to make medium tight dough.

Rest the dough for 20 min.

Now make small balls.

Take one ball n coat with dry flour n roll it small circle shape.

Fold it one time n again fold (make a triangle shape).

Folding is done to get layers.

Roll again evenly so that it will be a big triangle as shown in picture.

Now heat tawa,bake the paratha for 15 sec.

Turn it n bake for 15 sec again,spread some oil.

Again turn it n spread little more oil.

Bake it till it turns golden color n baked properly from all sides specially three corners.

Serve hot with any gravy dish…
