2 cup patagobi chopped

1 medium potato cut into cubes

2 medium tomatoes chopped

10-12 peanuts

1 inch ginger chopped

1 tsp mustard seeds

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1 red chili whole

1 tsp oil

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves for garnishing


Heat oil,add mustard seeds n cumin seeds with red chili whole.

When mustard seeds start crackle add ginger to this,then add peanuts n fry it.

Now add chopped tomato with all spices n saute till tomatoes completely mashed.

Now add patagobi n potao pieces,mix well.Add water to this n cover it for 10 min.

In between stir this,add salt finally.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves,serve hot.
