This chutney we had so much in quantity when we were in pune ,but when i came to jakarta i totally forget it. Once my friend pinu(smitalin) made this and after along days i got a chance to taste it, tastes yummy with chapati so thinking of to make it and share with my friends.
1 cup peanut
3 big garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
red chilly powder to taste
salt to taste
Dry roast the peanut in a fry pan.
Make it cool down,peel the cover.
Now add cumin seeds,salt,red chilly powder,garlic cloves in a mixer.
Grind it 2-3 times slowly,otherwise oil comes out from peanuts.
Make a rough or smooth powder as desired. (If u want u can add ghee to enhance the taste)
Serve this with chapati.
