poha uttapa(chuda chakuli)
this is one more favt item of my husband.
This i learned from my sisiter-in-law,i made little variation in ingredeint proportion to make it little crispy.
Always there is a difference in fooding style in every family, i dint know abt this receipe also before marriage,when i came to my inlaw house i learned so many new receipes from my jethani.
1 cup poha
2 cups rice
1 tbsp curd
salt to taste
oil for making uttapa
Soak poha,rice for 3 hrs.
Grind to a fine paste,add curd to it and stir properly.
Keep overnight for fermenation.
Next day morning add salt to this.
Heat tawa,spread one big spoon batter on tawa.
Take one spoon oil and pour around tawa.
Cover the lid,wait till uttapa golden brown.
Now ur poha uttapa is ready to serve.
Have this with chana curry or tomato chntney.
