Poori is Indian’s favorite breakfast item…in party,festivals…

I know all my Indian friends know this how to make but this one i uploaded for some of my Non-Indian friends who are craze about Indian cuisine

2 cups wheat flour

2 tsp oil

salt to taste

water to knead the dough

oil for deep frying


Add oil,salt n water to the wheat flour,knead to little tight dough.

Rest the dough for 15 min.

Now make small balls.Heat the oil.

Now take some hot oil,pat the ball with little oil n roll it to circular shape.

Done roll it so thin because when u fry this it will not puffed then.This tip is given by my mammi Rashmi Aunty…

Now deep fry it (Remember while frying press the poori with spoon so that it will puff evenly as shown in picture)

Fry till golden color,serve with your favorite gravy or dry dish.
