Potato-curd sabji(alu-dahi pachidi)

This dish i prepared in our odiya get-together party at jakarta.

Its a very easy and refreshing item.

Now come to


5 medium size boiled potatoes
1 cup curd
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
For temepering

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp udad dal
2 red chillies
3 chopeed green chillies
5 chopped garlic cloves
1 pinch asofoetida

Peel the cover of boiled potatoes and mash it properly.
Then heat pan and pour oil.
Now add mustard seeds,udad dal and red chillies,a pinch asofoetida.
When mustard seeds start crackle,add green chillies,curry leaves,garlic cloves.
when garlic turns golden colour,add mashed potatos and salt,mix it properly.
Make it cool down.
Now add water to the curd and salt to taste.
When porato mixture cool down, add curd.
Garnish iwth coriander leaves.

Ur potao-curd sabji is ready to serve.
