It’s a super easy and quick recipe,and a hit party starter.And the plus point is it is not fried so super healthy.Here in Jakarta Asian games are conducted,so we went for Womens Hockey team,wannna prepare something to have during game session.Hubby dear suggested to prepare something like finger food,so try this. When I uploaded in whatsapp coookign group,my friend Raaji suggested me to add little sooji rava or bread crumb to get it more crispy,so I used her tip.Thanks Raaji dear.
Its just perfect for snacks time,for kids choti choti bhukh or you can send for tiffin boxes also.So lets get started

Preparation Time 10 min
Cooking Time 7 to 8 min
Serving Persons 3 to 4
2 medium boiled potatoes
Peeled n Mashed
3 bread Slices
1/2 cup pizza cheese
3 tbsp green chutney
(mixed with curd n dry mango powder)
2 green chili chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp sooji rava
Salt to taste
Butter for spreading
Add greenc hii,cheese,coriander leaves,garma masala,salt to mashed boiled potatoes,
Mi x it well .
Now take the bread slices,cut the crust from four sides.
Then spread green chutney mixture on this and spread the potato mixture top of this.
And I spread little chutney on allo masala mixture also…to make it more tastier.
Sprinke sooji rava and just press it little so that it is well sticked to masala.
Place the bread on hot tava by placing the masala part on lower side.
Now spread butter on both sides.
Let it cook till the potato mixture little crispy and golden colour.
Turn it and let it cook from other side as well.
Remove from hot tava and cut into finger size…serve hot
If you are making for kids,avoaid green chili.
And spread sauce instead of green chutney or mix sauce with chutney and the spread.
You can add grated carrot,chopped onion also…to make it more variant.
I cut the crust from all sides,but if you like you can keep it.
I added curd and dry mango powder tog ren chutney to make it more flavourful.
I added sooji rava to this,you can add bread crumb,cornflakes chura alsoto get the crispy ness.
The cornflakes chura I got this idea from Sangeeta as when I posted this in my cooking group she prepared it and add this instead of sooji rava,so thanks to her for this useful tip.
I removed the seeds from green chili to make it less spicy yet retain the floavour.
