This mix veg n fruit salad soothing for this hot summer that to with out our regular onion n tomato… U can add that no prob

Ingredients

1/4 cup cabbage big sliced chunks
1/4 cup carrot slices
1/8 cup green capsicum long slices
1/4 cup apple slices
4 to 6 orange pieces
Black n green grapes cut into halves
1/8 cup dry roasted peanuts
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp mustard sauce
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp chaat Masala

For Garnishing…

4 to 5 big cabbage leaves
Dry roasted peanuts
Cha at masala

Procedure

Take lemon juice n mustard sauce and mix it.

Now add all veggie n fruit to this.

While serving add peanuts n orange juice to retain the crunchy ness of peanuts.

Sprinkle cha at Masala n more x well.

Take cabbage leaves n make a bowl shape by putting 3 to 4 leaves on each other.

Put the salad on it n add lil more peanut with chaat Masala…

Enjoy the crunchy ness…
