Hi Frndz…Today I am not sharing any recipe but share some secrets with you to maintain a healthy life style and you will be fit and fine…and in this way you can have so many yummy recipes without any guilt.
Yah I am talking about Prananayam and Yoga…this journey has started 5 years back from Guruji S.P.Lal and Aunty Hirawati ji in Jakarta.They are my friend Ritika’s inlaws.

One day they were doing Prananyam in our podium area…My husband and his some friends got to know about this…and found interesting. So they have practiced. After some days my husband insisit me to learn prananyam from Guruji. So We have started learning prananyam and yoga…and day by day we feel better and more happy. So many health issues also resolved with this simple techniques.
We have some knowledge about this…but still confused what to do,what not to do…which prananyam has to do first…then what etc etc and One day Guruji and Aunty came as a miracle in our lives…I remembered when I first met them I could not believe that God has sent some angels to our lives, We are really blessed to have them in our life.
Most of my friends are asking me how to do prananyam and yoga…so this time When Guruji and Aunty visited Jakarta,I thought to do video recording of whole process and make a complete video so that it is helpful for them…and in this way it is shared with all friends so that they can also maintaina healthy life style.
This video is based on Prananyam ,mudras and some useful tips…after some days I will upload next video with all yoga postures.
