This is a kerala dish,this one my hubby learnt me.
Before marriage when he was doing job in kerala he
knew abt this receipe,its a very simple and light
item for rice,can be used instead of rasam or sambar.
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp udad dal
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 small onoin chopped
salt to taste
1 cup water
1/2 cup curd
10 curry leaves
2 green chillies chopped
1 whole red chilly
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Heat oil,add mustard seeds,udad dal,red chilly.
When mustard seeds start crackle add chopped
onion,green chilly,turmeric powder.
Add pinch of salt to fasten the process of onion to
get pinkish colour.
Then add salt,water,keep aside.Make onion cool down.
Then add curd and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve
it with rice and papad.
