So today we prepare Quick Aloo Paratha…it is quick because there is no aloo stuffing like our regular aloo paratha but still it is so tasty…so lets get started

Cooking Time 2 min per paratha
Serving Persons 4
3 big potatoes boiled,peeled n grated
1 n 1/2 cup wheat four
3 green chili chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander rpowder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp oil to coat the dough
Blak Salt to taste
OIL n Ghee to make paratha
Dry wheat flour to roll paratha
Take the grated boiled potatoes and add all the spices,green chili,chopped coriander leaves and ginger-garlic paste.
Mix these well,now add the wheat flour to this and knead to a soft dough.
Coat with oil so that it will not dry.
Rest the dough for 15 to 20 min.
Take a big lemon size dumpling and dust with dry flour.
Now roll it carefully with light hand,tha paratha is little thick like our aloo paratha.
Meanwhile heat the tava.
Cook the paratha in low to med flame.
After few seconds flip the paratha and coat oil.
Le tit cook from other side also and coat with oil.
After some time it turns into light golden colour and we can see the golden spots on paratha.
Flip it 2 to 3 times.
Finally coat some ghee(homemade ghee) on this and serve hot with pickle…
Roll it carefully and with light hand as it is little soft and the dough is made up of boiled potatoes.
You can add dry mango powder also in spice list.
Make the paratha with butter instead of ghee for kids.
For 3 big boiled potatoes,I took 1 n ½ cup wheat flour,it depends upon the moisture of potatoes.
No need to add water to knead the dough,with the moisture of potatoes only it gets kneaded.
