Raasi ladoo is made of sesame seeds it is offered as prasad…almost in every pooja of Odissa,it’s also called as tilgul vadi famous in Maharastra
One sweet dish for this Navratri
Ingredients
1 cup jaggery
3/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup roasted peanut powder(rough)
2 tsp water
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
ghee for coating
Procedure
Dry roast sesame seeds till golden color,it will happen with in 1 min.
Now melt jaggery adding water to this.
When it melted properly,add sesame seeds,peanut powder,cardamom powder,mix well.
Coat a plate with ghee,pour this mixture to this.
U van cut into square size pieces or make ladoo when the mixture is little hot.
Store in a n air tight container.
