Radish leaves mini Dosa (mulapatra chakuli)

Radish leaves generally thrown  away…when I was going to buy radish the vegetable vendor removing leaves n giving only radish to me…but when I asked for leaves he gv me extra leaves what he kept…in Odissa it is made like mini chakuli or dosa…I made with lil twist adding Aloo masala to this to make it more tastier n get rid of bitterness of radish leaves…

Ingredients

1 cup radish leaves removed from stem like spinach n chopped
5 to 7 boiled potato stripes or cubes
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp seasame seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp water
Salt to taste

Oil to shallowfry

Procedure

Mix all Ingredients except  Oil n water.

Mash properly so that water release from leaves…finally I added water as I feel it lil dry.

Now heat tawa n spread oil.

Take one big spoon of dough n flatten with Palm.

Place over tawa n shallowfry in med flame till it Golden Brown n crunchy from both sides.

Serve hot with rice n daal…
