So friends we are in Odisha,India…came to attend two marriages one is of my sis and other is niece. You know friends this recipe ,my mom insisted me to upload but anyhow I missed it.And as I am in Odisha so thought to make it by my sweet mom…yah this is the surprise.It is made of til…you will feel like fish seed flavour…but it is in vegetarian form.So lets dig into recipe details

Serving Persons 4
1 cup rasi/til/sesame seeds
2 medium onion finely chiopped
2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
4 green chili chopped
8 to 10 small garlic cloves
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp rice flour
water to make the paste
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to make Rasi Bhaja
First grind sesame seeds,green chili and garlic,then add little water.
It is little coarse in consistency and semi thick.
Then add all the rest ingredients to this except oil.
Now heat the tawa and spread oil all over it.
When it is properly hot,take a handful of mixture.
Place in the center of tawa and pressing it with hand to make a mini uttapa or pancake shape.
In this way make all the rest.
After some time,just turn it.
It looks like golden brown in colour and little crispy.
Now spread os me more oil so that the other side also cooked.
Its done…serve hot with rice,daal.
If you run out of vegetables,it is a best option to prepare.
Little amount of rice flour needed to bind the mixture.
It is healty as made of sesame seeds.
By adding rice flour,it will be crispy.As sesame seeds is little bitter in taste,so we have to add sugar.
